Subscription and cancellation policy

Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance from the day you subscribe, and renew automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. The current prices are shown on the pricing page. The billing period may be changed by us for new subscriptions; existing subscribers are notified before any change applies to them.
Student pricing
The Student plan requires student details and a student ID. Each institution and student ID combination may hold one student subscription. Student access opens after verification. If verification is declined, we cancel the student subscription and refund the student charge for that period.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Dashboard → Subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
Failed payments and grace period
If a renewal payment fails, our payment provider may retry. Paid access stops when the subscription is no longer active. We'll tell you by email if a payment fails.
When access ends
When a subscription expires or is cancelled, paid features lock. Your account, preferences and saved jobs stay, so you can resubscribe later.
